Shirodhara is excellent for any nervous disorders including anxiety, insomnia, depression, painful conditions, schizophrenia and parkinsons disease. It has an effect on lowering high blood pressure.
To have a therapeutic effect Shirodhara needs to be repeated for a minimum of 3 to 4 times with no longer than 1 week between treatments. This is why we offer a series at a reduced rate to encourage repeat treatment.
This treatment comes with a complimentary 500ml (3/4 hr Shirodhara), 750ml (1 hour Shirodhara) or 1 litre ( 1 1/4 hr Shirodhara) Subtle Energies Shirodhara Oil (used in the Shirodhara treatment), depending on the length of treatment, and a Nude Beach Sarong to cover the head after the treatment.
