Udhhvarthanam with Oil: The treatment commences with a choice of a 1/2 hr Ayurvedic Massage or a 1 hr Ayurvedic Massage with OmVeda Raksha Oil. Udhhvarthanam powder is  then massaged vigorously into the body. After a shower OmVeda Turmeric Cream (anti-cellulite cream) is applied all over the body. This is an effective weight loss and anti-cellulite treatment. One feels very light and invigirated after the treatment.
