De-Anne’s journey into Natural Therapies started when she first moved to Sydney in 1997, where ongoing back and neck pain lead her to visit a Holistic Chiropractor. Not only over a number of sessions did her back pain heal but she realised the cause was more than physical, it was emotional.
With a busy career in Marketing & Advertising spaning 15 years with big corporations such as Network TEN, Visa International and Audi both in Australia and the UK the importance of more than just exercising to maintain good health and keep stress to a minimum was becoming more and more apparent to De-Anne.
While working in the high stress corporate work De-Anne managed to find time to complete a Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2006. After that she moved to London where she worked both in Advertising and as a Remedial & Sports Massage Therapist. When in London De-Anne completed her NLP Coaching & Hypnotherapy qualifications. It is in London where she discovered the life science of Ayurveda.
When returning to Australia in 2008 De-Anne studied Transcendental Meditation and continued to work in Advertising. It was in 2009 she commenced her study in Ayurveda at Nature Care College. In 2010 De-Anne had her first child (Girl). Her daughter for no apparent reason was born 5 weeks premature. It was here that her experience in tactile therapies and knowledge of Ayurveda contributed to her little girl being discharged out of hospital within 2 weeks rather than a potential 4-week stay. Since her daughter’s birth she has massaged her everyday and it is because of the regular infant massage De-Anne believes her daughter thrived in ‘Special Care’.
Since the birth of her daughter De-Anne is passionate about women’s health especially pre & post natal care and applies Ayurvedic principals daily in her family life including nutrition and healthy daily routines.
De-Anne’s aim is to support people getting back into balance physically, mentally & spiritually with the core aim for people to live a fulfilling and happy life utilising their innate blue print of potential.
